Alex texted us with his ETA and arrived on time. He replaced faulty ceiling LEDs for us and also updated the bathroom LEDs to be in line with current building regs. He was cheerful and friendly and left everything clean and tidy. He also reprogrammed my CH controller for me as a favour. I have no hesitation in recommending TIDE and I said to Alex when he left, 'You're our electrician, now'.
